In the case of purchasing a subscription, the client must adhere to the specified duration (three months) starting from the subscription creation date, and with the same specialist. The center has the right to cancel the sessions if the client fails to comply with the specified duration. Automated and periodic reminders will be sent via SMS, notifying the client of the remaining period.
If any circumstances prevent me from attending a session or assessment, I must notify the center when confirming appointments.
Subscription sessions are for individual use only.
If the sessions are booked with a visiting specialist and the appointment is not canceled within a sufficient time frame, the session will be considered completed.
Once this form is signed, the amount is non-refundable (whether for a subscription or an assessment).
Clients must strictly adhere to the scheduled assessment and test appointments. If an appointment is canceled or rescheduled less than 24 hours in advance, this will be considered a confirmation of attendance.
If the client cancels the assessment appointment at least 24 hours in advance, they have the right to reschedule it.
After completing the required assessment or test, the client must attend a session with the specialist to review the results, discuss the action plan, and begin implementation.
If the client chooses not to attend the session, they must first consult the specialist to obtain approval for the results to be delivered in printed format. (Please note that assessment results cannot be altered or modified.)
Reports will be delivered only after verifying identity with official documentation.
Assessment results are delivered only once.
Issuing the results takes two working days. Results are provided in printed form to clients aged 18 and above; for those under 18, results are handed over to the legal guardian.
If the subscription is renewed, the same terms and conditions apply, and the new subscription period will start from the renewal date.
When transferring a subscription to another beneficiary, the free session will not be included.
When transferring sessions to another beneficiary, the validity of the sessions will remain based on the original subscription issuance date.
